We are looking for a skilled Python Backend Engineer / Cloud Engineer to join our remote team. You will design, build, and maintain backend services and cloud infrastructure for our clients — helping transform AI-generated prototypes into production-ready systems using our 6 Pillars framework.

• Design and implement scalable Python backend services (FastAPI, Django, or similar)
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure using IaC (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
• Conduct architecture audits and security reviews for client codebases
• Contribute to our 6 Pillars production-readiness methodology
• Work directly with clients on technical consulting engagements

• 3+ years of Python backend development experience
• Solid cloud experience (AWS preferred, GCP or Azure acceptable)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with security best practices (OWASP, secret management)
• Experience writing automated tests (unit, integration, E2E)
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Based in Germany (required for legal/tax reasons)

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Consultant with a focus on AI, Python, and AWS. In this role, you will lead cloud architecture engagements, advise clients on production-readiness strategy, and help teams bridge the gap between AI-generated prototypes and enterprise-grade software.

• Lead cloud architecture and production-readiness consulting engagements
• Design and implement AWS-based infrastructure solutions with IaC best practices
• Advise clients on AI tooling integration (Claude Code, Bedrock, OpenAI APIs)
• Conduct security audits and implement OWASP-aligned hardening strategies
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal methodology development
• Build reusable architecture templates and reference implementations

• 5+ years of cloud architecture/consulting experience
• Deep AWS expertise (solutions architect level preferred)
• Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML workloads in production
• Experience with enterprise security, compliance (GDPR, SOC2), and observability
• Track record of leading technical client engagements
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Based in Germany (required for legal/tax reasons)
